1. Hands and the area to be treated must be washed with mild soap and water and then the area to be treated must be carefully dried.
2. Apply a sufficient amount of cream that covers the entire area to be treated.

4. After applying the cream, wash your hands with soap and water.
5. Let the cream work for about 6-8 hours (overnight)

Aldara cream should be applied three times a week (for example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) before the usual bedtime, and should remain on the skin for a period of between 6 and 10 hours.This treatment should continue until the disappearance of the visible genital or perianal warts or for a maximum of 16 weeks for each episode of warts.

Actinic keratosis in adults

Treatment should be started and monitored by a doctor. Aldara cream should be applied three times a week (for example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for four weeks before normal bedtime and leave on the skin for approximately 8 hours. Enough cream should be applied to cover the treatment area. After four weeks without treatment, the elimination of the Keratosis should be evaluated. Superficial basal cell carcinoma in adults:

Imiquimod cream can cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

• Redness, itching, burning, or bleeding in the treated area
• Peeling, dryness or thickening of the skin

• Blisters, scabs, or bumps on the skin
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Back pain
• Fatigue
